Excesso de luz durante a noite, com a falta de cortinas de vedação.

We loved our stay at Casa Carmen. It is such a gorgeous place, decorated beautifully with lots of areas to chill out including a rooftop terrace. It is incredibly clean and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved our spacious room, our huge powerful shower and all the little touches. The staff were amazing and even found my airpods that I had left out of their case on the terrace! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the main streets of San Cristobal, close to plenty of incredible restaurants, cafés and shops. It's also less than a 10 minute walk from the ADO bus station which is super ideal!

LA RECEPCIONISTA NO ACLARO MIS DUDAS, LA SUITE QUE ME TOCO TENIA UN TRAGALUZ QUE A LAS 6AM YA EL CUARTO ESTABA MUY ILUMINADO Y QUERIAMOS SEGUIR DURMIENDO. CREO QUE CON UNA CORTINA SE SUPERA.

I absolutely loved my cosy bedroom. It was really well decorated. The huge bed was really comfortable. The bathroom excellent, great shower with soap etc. There is a communal lounge and a fantastic big kitchen. Drinking water available. The accommodation is really tastefully decorated throughout. I only stayed one night but would have been happier to stay longer. I arrived early and the staff allowed me to store my suitcase until checkin time. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location and good value for money.

I was very disappointed there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. You have to go the floor below. Not ideal to carry hot drinks upstairs. The taxi driver took me to the wrong address, they do say they have 2 properties so will need confirmation as to the hotel address you have booked.

Great place to stay for a few days. Clean and tidy with good air-conditioning and close to main sites. Well equipped kitchen if you need it. Would stay there again.
