Parking available. Tea & coffee facilities. Easy access to the property. Good value. Clean and tidy.

Street name sign could be easier to see. No fault of the property owner, but some greenery was obscuring the sign.

Nice big room, which was clean and comfortable. Bonus points for plenty of sockets near the bed, a desk, fridge and convenient off-road parking. Overall. good value budget accommodation.

"Uncomfortable"

Clean, warm and accessible . Cheap

The Bed (although clean) mattress worn out, lumpy with parts collapsing. Very uncomfortable. Couldn’t sleep.
