We had 3 rooms and all were clean and very well appointed. Kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccable. Jamie's messages and continued assistance with questions was very, very helpful. He was very professional and prompt in responding to our several questions. A+ to him. Nearby restaurants and pubs were just what we had hoped for. We stayed for only one night but plan to return and use the Hazlitt as a base for exploring the Glasgow region.

The size of the bed was a bit small for one of our taller friends. The heavy interior doors with their automatic closures were awkward to open when moving from room to room.

The apartment was large and well-laid out. The location was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Location was good, with lots of bus connections and places to eat, including an excellent fish restaurant nearby. The abbey and shopping district were also within walking distance. Property itself was very attractive, with the apartment itself in very good condition.

Needs more closet space in the bedroom ... there is only a limited number of hangers, and no table for suitcases, only the floor. Could use a trash can in the bedroom. Bathroom is spacious but shower enclosure lets water land on the floor. None are deal breakers but are minor annoyances. Plus signs for the elevator would be helpful since the entrance area upstairs is hidden behind the fire door, and easy to miss.

Near shops transport. Easy check in.

Bed bit hard for me plus no condiments like sugar or teabags coffee sachets a wee biscuit would've been nice. I like my tea in the morning but don't carry teabags!
