Location. Promptness of staff response. Lovely old building.

Despite a reminder from us, the sofa bed was not made up. Once it was, there were no sheets or matress cover, just a duvet, so guests sleep directly on to settee. Sofa Bed was very short and would not suit everyone. Only one pillow. No bath mat. Clearer instructions are required for entering room code. Didn't know where keypad was without asking.

Great location in centre. My room didn't face the street and it was very quiet. Great size and comfortable. Good cooking facilities too, and really good to have dishwasher tablets provided!

Drain was blocked during my stay so the sink didn't drain. Host was very responsive about it but I was only there for one night so not resolved until I left.

Stunning ! from the impressive entrance with beautiful wall & floor tile mosaics to Charles Rennie MacIntosh design tiles and windows along the inner entrance hall and up the stairs . The apartment is huge - its own hallway with doors leading into big, spacious and warm rooms. Furniture is of high quality and MacIntosh designed (apart from stylish modern kitchen & bathroom) Kitchen has all mod cons and is well equipped with pots, pans, and crockery dimmable lights Everywhere was very clean and pristine Bed was big and comfortable with comfortable pillows Great Location

Couldn’t find any cutlery 🤔 There’s traffic noise , which I’m not used too

Lots of space bigger rooms And right in the center of the city so it’s easier to get access to everything you want and train station is really close The host was really responsive and very helpful

Beautiful historical building done up to modern standards. Beds were so comfy and I slept very well! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need in a self catering along with basics for your morning cuppa. Plenty of storage and VERY spacious. We didn't have our car but love that there's free parking on site and pet friendly! Was perfect for us for our visit to my in-laws

My only "complaint" isn't the fault of the accommodation. The area is an absolute dump. Trash everywhere on the streets and junkies on every corner. Suggestions: would have liked TVs in bedrooms (but I realise that's a personal preference) and could have done with a warmer extra blanket while room was heating up, however, heating was enough eventually. Also worth noting if you're a light sleeper that windows are single glazed (understandably) and there's ALOT of street noise. I slept very well though as I'm a heavy sleeper
