Sunset Cave

We spent three nights at Sunset Cave Hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff are absolute gems: truly caring and always doing their best to make your stay perfect and help with any issues, even those not related to the hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Ugur and the Ladies in the breakfast hall. The Deluxe Family Suite was comfortable and beautifully designed, though there is no view from the patio, as it is located on the first floor (above the ground level), but there is a shared terrace upstairs with a panoramic view of the city and fairy chimneys. The location is excellent. Overall, it was a great and unique experience.

The hotel's location is a bit higher up the hill which means it enjoys a nice view of the town. The terrace gives a nice view of the hot air balloons. It's a short walk to the sunset point as well. The reception is 24 hours, and the staff looked after us well. Breakfast was very nice. Thank you to the ladies doing breakfasts for us every day.

The day before we arrived, it snowed. The cushions on the seats on the terrace were all wet. I would suggest putting a cover on them if the weather is not favourable.
