Sunset Cave

The properrty is located in an excellent place - very close to the centre , bus station and the hot air balloon watching point . It’s a family run hotel , a small one but very cosy right in the white mountain with a beautiful terrace , where you can watch balloons in the morning or enjoy your evening with an amazing town view . The Sunset cave team made us feel like home and solved all our problems , we were in a different as if they were close friends or even relatives to us . Which I am so grateful to them ☀️ Rooms are cleaned upon request,nobody will enter your space without your permission unless you ask them to do it . Ali and his son Turker are locals , so they know all the places and will advise you how to plan your holiday . They will help you with balloon booking for a good price as well as organise a private tour by themselves. Breakfast are made by a lovely Turkish lady Gulay , our Turkish “ mamma “ - homemade traditional salads and cakes , eggs cooked in a various ways , local fruit and lots of different types cheese . I express my gratitude to the whole team of this wonderful place 🫶☀️

Vriendelijke mensen, nette kamer, ontbijt was echt fantastisch. Alles in de buurt.

Het hotel ligt op een behoorlijk steile helling, dat was wat minder , aangezien je steeds die helling op moest lopen

L'ambiente in generale, la doccia spettacolare, letti molto comodi, frigorifero funzionante come l'aria condizionata, la sala della colazione piccolo ma caldo e accogliente, il ristorante sia all'aperto che al chiuso con vista e buona qualità/prezzo. L'ospitalità e la disponibilità anche nel lasciarci la camera oltre il check out

Se volete soggiornare in una camera in grotta sappiate che ci sarà sempre odore di chiuso/muffa, questo non è un difetto di questo albergo ma in senso generale, in ogni caso non è la fine del mondo

Após a decepção com o quarto, optamos por não permanecer no hotel. Por esse motivo, não posso avaliar o restaurante nem as demais áreas, exceto o quarto e a recepção.

O quarto triplo térreo, que foi o reservado por nós, demonstrou não apresentar condições mínimas de conforto ou higiene. Primeiramente, o assento do vaso sanitário era desproporcionalmente pequeno, parecendo um modelo infantil. Além disso, ao sentar na cama, a cabeceira soltou e caiu. O quarto apresentava evidentes sinais de falta de limpeza, com poeira acumulada embaixo de todas as camas, além de um cheiro muito forte. No hall, em frente ao quarto, havia uma escora sustentando o teto. As cadeiras localizadas no hall apresentavam partes soltas, eram velhas e mal conservadas. Diante de todas essas situações, optamos por não permanecer neste hotel, já que nenhum outro cômodo foi nos oferecido como alternativa. Por fim, cabe ressaltar que a área da recepção reflete a falta de organização, ao ponto de nem sequer merecer ser chamada de "recepção". Nas fotos podem ver tudo o que relatei. Não recomendaria este hotel. Não posso opinar sobre os outros quartos, mas a experiência vivida com a acomodação reservada foi decepcionante.

Номер очень понравился, своя терраса, с которой на рассвете можно наблюдать шары, джакузи в номере, небольшая гостиная. Небольшой, но уютный номер, всё очень удобно. Зря переживали, что в пещере будет некомфортно.

Расположение отеля очень удачное, совсем рядом общественная смотровая площадка, откуда открывается шикарный вид на город, персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный, довольно вкусный завтрак, в номере приятный интерьер, в целом отель соответствует своей ценовой категории.

Ресторан очень маленький, всего на три стола и нам пришлось долго ждать, пока позавтракают другие гости. Номер плохо убран, везде была пыль и чужие волосы, ванная комната в плесени, а унитаз не чистили наверное никогда, розетки висят на честном слове, кондиционер работает плохо. На смотровой площадке отеля сушилось чье-то нижнее белье и вещи.

Loved staying in a cave for a couple nights. The views from the shared balcony were phenomenal and staff were friendly & welcoming. Highly recommend.
