Breakfast not included. Comfortable cosy room. Nice shower! Lovely enclosed garden. Simon was friendly and helpful. Location was in lovely countryside in a small village. Just what we needed after a day out and travelling.

"Quiet area, comfortable room in annex with private area with outside space."

Cosy and warm, well designed with quality furnishings. Patio doors onto a terrace for morning coffee. Tea and coffee making facilities. We slept well, quiet area. Sun room opposite where you can use a microwave and fridge if you need too. Welcoming host. Plenty of places to eat a few minutes drive away. Not too far from the A1. Great one night stop over.
