Staff was excellent. very helpful. Price for rooms was great.

The rooms had an odor. The hallway too. Knowing it is an old building did not complain. Would be nice to have a continental breakfast available.

There bedroom is not clean good,

Fresh-smelling room and lobby. Very clean room and bathroom. Mattress was a little soft but quite comfortable. Shower had good pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain, plus good shelf space for soap and shampoo. Good vanity space around the sink. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Lots of clothes hangers. Reasonable rate. Jenna at the front desk was terrific!

No issues at all. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

How roomy the rooms are and how quiet it was.

The bathroom was a little torn up. Bad flooring.

$$$FRAUDULENT CHARGE$$$ I had to file a report with this hotel because they took the amount of the deposit out of my account instead of placing it on hold like all other hotels do because it's not a purchase and I didn't agree to the charge I agreed to the deposit. But they took it out 2 times and after checkout they showed me that they put the amount back into my account but only showing 1 of them so it looked as if they followed through with the agreement. After getting home from my trip ans looking further into the transaction they still had some if my money. So I filled charges and had turned all this into my bank because it's stealing money from people and it should never come out of your bank it is a hold not a purchase deposit money is not purchase money. The owners are doing this illegally so clearly look at your bank statement and u would highly suggest just not staying here to begin with because if there doing this at the door as you walk in what else are they guilty of beyond that door. As for the other ratings on hotel the place is nasty with employees that have bad attitudes and management that could care less. As a business traveler all over I would not recommend this place to anyone. This hotel is turning customers onto victims so beware.
