Main floor room was given for my elderly mother Evening and overnight staff were very helpful and kind

At checkout, front desk person checked room to receive the 50 dollar deposit back for the room and i was told i would only be getting 10.00 back because i owed money on the room....i showed them the confirmation and showed them the amount that was confirmed for the 2 nights and the front desk member continued to argue with me stating that is not the rate they charge for the room we got...even though i pulled up the confirmation and showed her in black and white what i was to pay for the 2 night stay and also told her i called and spoke with a gentleman friday evening and he confirmed the amount that was on my phone. Was listed as a non smoking motel, however, when entering the hotel it smelled of smoke and the sheets and comforters had burn marks in them in the room

The location was good. There was no breakfast served.

The hotel was dirty and smelled very bad. The room had newer carpet but the room itself was run down. Cigarette whole in the sheets, the room smelled really bad, there was a hole in the outside window, the window would not open, a hole in the wall above the shower head, the bathtub had two cracks in it, the wall in the bathroom was cracked, there was a 1/4 inch gap between the wall and floor, wall behind the door was thinly patched where the door handle hit everything you open the door, a simple fubber door stop would have prevented the hole in the first place, and we booked a king bed and was given two queen beds. The hotel was dirty and smelled so bad I was I'll the next morning.

Appeared to be clean

Staff was not cooperating after I mentioned I didn't feel safe . Due to a unknown male kept coming to my door . She would not let me leave with a refund . I had only been checked in for two hours. The room was left in almost the same condition. Minus used one hand towel. She didn't seem concerned about my safety.

Not much

Checked in did not get to use room cause had to return home for personal reasons after 3 hours still had to pay
