"Good for quick stay"

Great view from the room, nice balcony. Nice shared roof-terrace. In general the room itself was good.

We stayed for thee nights and the trash was not taken away, but it should be taken away every day, as the insects start to crawl. The bathroom door did not close, the sink-pipe was overflowing, and as classical thing in Sri Lanka the shower wall or watermop missing, so bathroom floor (incl infront of the toilet) is always wet. The breakfast was a bit too simple - noting to choose from. Each morning you get less and less fruits. But in general tasted good.

"Nice view of the rock"

It wasn’t too far from the main road to go to Sigiriya Rock, & near the end of the road so more quiet/private. It was quiet once the nearby bar closed (across the field in pic) at midnight. You could climb on top of the apartments to sit & see Sygiria Rock, this was the highlight of staying here.

Rooms smelt musty & unaired, but this seems to be the norm everywhere, probably to avoid mosquitos. The rooms were basic. Shower didn’t have glass around it, & no bathroom mat, so it was messy inside. Staff a little absent

"Nettes Zimmer in super Lage für Sigiriya"

Die Lage ist super, um lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte zu erreichen, aber auch um Ausflüge und Wanderungen zu starten. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und schön. Sogar mit Balkon. Die Besitzer waren bei Fragen schnell via WhatsApp erreichbar (vor Ort auch). Es gab Vorhänge und eine AC sowie Deckenventilator. Preis Leistung völlig in Ordnung!

Beim Checkin wurde mir nicht wirklich viel gesagt/ gezeigt, die Dachterrasse habe ich selber ausfindig gemacht. Zu Frühstück wurde mir nichts gesagt, ich hatte eines morgens dann ein Tablett gesehen, was zu Gästen gebracht wurde. Vielleicht ein paar Worte wären dazu am checkin hilfreich.
