Really nicely designed rooms, spacious and clean. I left my phone charger, offered to send it but my driver can pick it up.

Good view of the famous rock and only a short walk away from the town. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Didn't have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The location of the place is great (very near to sigirya rock) and the staff and host are very mindful and help you in whatever way they can. The place is great value for money. Protip: If you are from any saarc countries carry your passport to get the saarc discount for the tickets in sigiriya.

The bed sizes are more of queen size beds so if there are 2 of you and used to sleep in large beds then you may feel a bit of a squeeze. One bed was a bit squeaky but manageable.

The staff were really friendly, breakfast was good with a mixture of fruit to start with then the eggs and toast with Sri Lankan type pancake. The owner was very responsive via WhatsApp for anything we need. The location is not bad from the Lion Rock (foreigners entrance, around 20 mins walk). The view is great on the roof top! Around 10 mins walk to the nearest restaurants.

The room was basic for the price we paid - considering looking back at booking.com there were other places that looks same for cheaper price. Obviously it was hard to tell from the photos Vs real life.
