Lakmini Lodge Restaurant & Bar

Nananda and Shara were a lovely couple who were so helpful in every way. We had a lift to Lion Rock, were able to use their washing machine, drinking water was plentiful. The room was spotless with a private balcony and lovely view of Lion Rock. Breakfast was very good, served on the roof terrace. The location is good, off the main road, so quiet, and a short walk to the lake, which is very pretty.

We were disappointed that there was no longer a restaurant but nearby were many good ones so it wasn't a problem.

Good size rooms, basic but functional.

It was clean but just a bit more attention would be very. Ie spill on wall could have been wiped.

Super fijn verblijf gehad! De kamers zijn erg ruim en het zag er allemaal schoon uit. Het was fijn dat we een balkon hadden. Het dakterras is prachtig, met een uitzicht op de Lion Rock. Ook een tip om daar de zonsopkomst te bekijken! Ontbijt was ook helemaal in orde.

호스트분들 너무 착하셨고 툭툭 예약 등 필요한거 물어볼때마다 바로 도와주셨습니다. 스리랑카가 전체적으로 열악한 환경인데 이정도면 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 에어컨이 약해서 실링 팬에 의지를 많이 했습니다. 팬 바람이 안가는 자리는 엄청 덥긴했어요.

화장실에 칸막이가 있으면 좋겠습니다. 변기에 물이 다 튀어서 조금 불편했습니다.

Great location for Sigiraya rock and short walk to village. Rasta raunt is a great venue for eating and drinking

This place is OK for a night or two, but is very basic and could be cleaner. There is a extremely good view of the lion rock from the balcony. The sink poured out onto the floor the first time I used the sink. In fairness to the staff and management they did sort it out after a couple of tries. We didn't have any future problems. The staff and Manager were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast and it OK.

Could be cleaner and provide a few more facilities in the room.
