Anika Hotel

The staff were lovely and friendly :) They waited up for us to let us in after our night bus. They also arranged transport to the port for our halong bay cruise. Both beds were large and comfortable. A perfect stay between the night bus and before the boat cruise! (We booked it because it was close to the bus station we were told we would be going to. However our bus terminated at a different bus stop instead so we had to organize a car to drop us to Anika hotel at 4am. Nothing at all to do with Anika Hotel but just mentioning in case anyone else is doing the same as we were. There were lots of taxis waiting to take people where they needed to go pretty cheaply).

We were getting off a bus in the middle of the night and the stayed up to let us in. The staff were so nice and helpful. The facilities are very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again

The staff was really helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night. They stayed up to welcome us. When we wanted to go for a Halong tour trip. They helped us and drove us first to a restaurant for breakfast and then to the port. In the evening they arranged a good local taxi service to Hanoi.

Clean and tidy property, comfortable

The owners of the hotel were amazing! We got to the hotel at 4:30 am and they stayed up to check us in and make sure we were comfortable. The bed was huge, and the room came with lots of amenities (including being the first hotel in Vietnam we came across which had conditioner in the shower!) Great AC in the rooms too. In the morning we were given fruit whilst waiting for our car, so we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Came here in the middle of the night and the staff was waiting for us. They also brought us to our next stop.

We only stayed one night however the hosts were incredibly kind and friendly people! They took excellent care of us, and even assisted with a transfer to the port in the morning. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more.
