Nothing, I liked it all!

Cómodo, agradable sus instalaciones

The entire staff was so kind and helpful.

No signs visible to the entrance, hard to get access to it when you don't know the city.

The cleanliness, the staff, and the restaurant

The water pressure in the shower and toilets.

The room was large and generally comfortable. The restaurant was great and dinner was delicious! They really accommodated us.

Used too much cleaning products - it was difficult to sleep because of the strong smell.

The staff was excellent, helpful, and polite. They were very accommodating of my less than ideal Spanish skills. The food at the restaurant was good. I was surprised at how well equipped the gym was.

I was visiting Queretaro as someone considering moving there who wanted to explore the town on foot, and the location is not great for that.

Comfortable

No ability to open a room window.

Since we are both working online, it was great to find a hotel with a large desk and two chairs for working. It was clean and comfortable, with a variety of options for breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff were exceptional. Very friendly and courteous. The hotel was centrally located and close to everything you would need or want. I most definitely would refer friends and family to stay there.

There is nothing not to like about the hotel, staff or location.
