Jungle Nook Hiriketiya

There are different types of room, al older and a newer type. We got the newer type, facing the garden. It was a comfy and clean room. There is airconditioner and a mosquito net, the latter we haven’t seen in any other accomodations. Bathroom has some openings around the walls, but the owner tried to fix it as much as he could, so all in all there were no insects in our room. There is a hot shower with okay water pressure. We liked the central location in Hiriketiya, you can walk to many places from here, super convenient. At night it was very quiet, despite rje central location. The owner, a young man called Vishwa, was very kind and did his absolute best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He responded quickly if we had any questions. The whole host family lives in the building next door, very kind people and they have a sweet cat. Next time in Hiriketiya, I will not hesitate to stay here again.

You could barely stay any closer to the beach. Also has several really nice restaurants within 100m. The room I had was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. Vishwa was a super friendly and helpful host. And good value for money - so can’t really ask for more!

Struttura a due passi dalla spiaggia, immersa nella natura. Lo staff squisito e disponibilissimo. Location perfetta anche per la sera, vicina a ristoranti e bar.

La stanza un po’ umida e la nostra disponeva solo di ventilatori (lo scrivono chiaramente), che hanno mitigato il caldo notturno. Doccia non caldissima.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and had a mosquito net which was a plus. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful :)

The location is super close to the beach and in a quiet area. There is a massage salon at 3 minutes distance and a place for yoga at 3 minutes distance as well, so everything is really close. The host was very nice and helpful. It is quiet and there’s also a shared kitchen that can be used.

Twee kamers vlak achter het huis van de eigenaren. Perfecte locatie zo dicht bij het strand, makkelijk om na een duik in de zee even te kunnen douchen tussendoor. Fijne kamer en badkamer. Heel aardige host, heel gastvrij en ook erg attent via whatsapp.

Vanaf de straat is er een bordje welke kant je op moet, maar een paar meter later is het wat onduidelijker dat je bij de oprit omhoog moet, een extra bordje zou handig zijn. De weg / het pad naar de kamer kan met regenachtig weer wat modderig zijn

The location is great! 2 mins walk from the beach. And I like how you have your own private dining area and kitchen to use. It was all very well kept and clean!The hosts are very very kind, friendly and sweet family, really trying to make sure you have a great stay!

It’s a bit humid because it’s in a ‘jungle’ area. Wet clothes couldn’t dry fully.

The owners were very kind and welcoming and always made sure we were looked after, they even gave us a plate of fruit the first night! The room is very spacious with good a/c and a very comfy bed. It’s also surrounded by amazing restaurants which are budget friendly and it’s also just 2 minutes away from the beach which is absolutely stunning.
