The staff, food and service. They quickly respond to requests like changing rooms, iron etc. The food is great. Also shout out to Norwin for helping me with my luggage, and the front desk staff who delivered to all my requests - Marwin, Franz, and Mikee. They had a restaurant/bar downstairs but you’ll need a reservation.

No elevator. Had a staff carry my luggage. You fan hear the loud noise from the street. Especially if room is facing the street. Had to request to change room. Room was too small for its price though. The buffet breakfast had slow refilling time. Not good when you’re in a rush. It seems to almost ran out of everything.

Very clean and have a good variety of food for breakfast.

Just don’t stay at the ground floor room because you can hear the noise of the transportations 24/7

Servicio de recepción profesional, limpieza y restaurante para cenar a la carta, donde puedes tomar también unas copas, con música chill de ambiente (con dj). Tiene un buffet para el desayuno.

No tiene ascensor, teniamos 4 maletas. Pero tienen personal que te ayuda a subirlas.

All the front desk staff were the most helpful and accommodating i met in Bicol, most especially Jojo at the buffet breakfast, each morning with a big welcome smile to greet us! Overall, It was an exceptional experience !!

I love everything except for the lighting, it was dark, especially in the lobby and the hallways, and also in the parking area. You can barely see the front of the Hotel at night.

Sehr gutes Hotel, mit superfreundlichem Personal und in ausgezeichneter Lage. Jeepnys zu den Ruinen von Cagsawa und der Hoyo Hoyopan Höhle kann man direkt vor dem Hotel anhalten und bei der Rückfahrt wieder aussteigen. Auch die SM Mall kann zu Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten erreicht werden. Ein besonderes Danke geht an Mikee, Norvin und Franz. Mikee an der Rezeption war mir sehr behilflich - danke! Aufpassen bei der Reservierung. Es gibt Standardzimmer ohne Fenster. Auf meine Bitte hin, bekam ich problemlos ein Zimmer mit Fenster und kleinem Balkon.
