Lynn was so lovely and super accomodating to our family. it was nice to have a washing machine available, although we didn’t need it. The main bed was so comfy - we didn’t want to leave. The whole place was overall lovely and felt comfortable and relaxing! 😊 we will definitely stay there again when we visit Auckland!

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

It’s great little apartment close to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and cooking area and oven. It is located in a quiet street away from traffic.

The washing dryer machine really only washes. We put it through 2 drying cycles and it wouldn’t dry.

Charming apartment in walkable area to ferry, grocery and restaurants. Beds comfy, everything in kitchen, washing machine. Perfect for our two nights between tours and not far from Auckland Airport. Lynn was very accommodating.

Note that walk to shops and such is down hill so coming back is all up hill. But lovely sidewalks for safety.

Good location & communication

Quality of the bedding and pillows could of been better. Light switches all have an annoying blue LED on them when switched off illuminating your room at night making it hard to sleep. General cleanliness of the property was not as good as I expected, especially the bathroom fan and heater which were very dusty.

The lady ph voice was fine. The possibility of getting in b4 2pm an the late 11am check out was helpful.The heated loo seat. She let us go a day early. I belive that's because she knew it was not fit for my family.

The room was not serviced at all while we were there an not clean on arrival. The t.v was dodge most of the time . Clearly aerial issues. Parking was poor an not easy to drive in or exit. The pictures clearly not true to position of unit. The steep slant of driveway awkward to reverse as can not turn around. Driveway not safe for walking unless extremely fit. The couch really did not work for my son. I have mentioned that my teenagers wouldn't sleep in the same room. Was told the couch could be used.

Clean & tidy. Good compromise between price and location. Kitchen had enough facilities to cook quick/easy meals. Quiet and private. Building happening next door but they didn't make noise until after 9am.

Was expecting to have off street parking but parking was on the public road. Not an issue as it was a quite suburb st and plenty of parking was available. Beds weren't particularly comfortable.
