Clean home.

Cold house. Did have small heater. Would have preferred heat pump. The beds were comfortable though with electric blanket. Smaller house than advertised. Felt like it didn't have as much privacy as I had expected.

Clean and new inside. Great to be able to have a place to rest on our Conference trip.

A little noise from the neighbour upstairs to adjust to, but otherwise comfortable

Lynn and her family were very helpful and friendly and even kept in touch while we were travelling to check on our return to Auckland to see if we still wanted accommodation at the end of our travels and kept the booking open just in case. Thank you so much Lynn, much appreciated.

Lynn and her family were excellent and looked after us very well. A really lovely family. I would recommend Amber Homes. There was parking out the back for our car in a safe area. Washing machine facilities, drying facilities, kitchen, 2 separate rooms and a lovely quiet location.

Quiet location, good sized bathroom and bedrooms.

Although the kitchen was well equipped with oven and other features better than a motel room, more utensils would be useful (for example, there was no sharp knife to use for cutting if you are preparing your own meals, which you might plan on doing when you book a room with a kitchen). Just a minor inconvenience though, and you can certainly work around with what is there. The blue LEDs on light switches were very bright once it was dark.
