Able to pay by bank transfer to hold booking.

Stayed in winter and heating wasn't adequate. One little 2 bar electric heater but only one bar worked.

Room, Kitchen and living area was nice and clean. Nice and quiet.

The shower had mould in the corners and a bad smell came out of the drain after I showered. The room was very cold and I could not find a heater, but I think they have a HRV system set to a standard temperature. Only received one towel for my entire stay of 3 nights, washed my hear and did not have an extra towel, so I used my face cloth to dry my body, did not want to ask the host for an extra towel because I showered late at night. Long walk from the street down a driveway to the apartment, not ideal if you have luggage to carry and food bags.

At this particular property breakfast was not part of the arrangement. It was a quiet location which was nice. It was good to have a desk in the main bedroom as this enabled my daughter to study in there

The facilities.

The decor very strange and dated.

Ground floor entry was good as my mum has limited mobility at this time, but the step down into the apartment was a slight issue, along with the step up to the shower. The 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom was ideal for our needs on this trip. Lynn did let us check in half an hour early which was nice of her.

No milk in the fridge, u am probably to use to staying in motels maybe. No hard towels in the bathroom. No spare or extra pillows. I did not like the bed linen.

Very clean, comfortable, loved the bidet!

Too much light in the queen bedroom. Blinds not blackout and a large bright motion sensor right outside kept going on and off all night.

The size of the toilet lid, it was almost as if there wasn't enough room to wipe
