Great location, good enough apartment.

Too thin walls, you can hear everything your neighbour next door does, even normal talking. That could be a problem as it's next to your bedroom. Ultimately there was an iron in the apartment even though the host assured me there was not, which led to me bringing my own for no reason after all.

We thought the accommodation was way overpriced for the location, it is amongst a student area and the streets are very dirty, smelling and noisy. I would not recommend a family stay at this accommodation. The apartment is really only suitable for singles or couple, there is no lock out blinds in the living room for the sofa bed and therefore the room was very light and hard to sleep, it is also a very noisy area and the sofa bed is uncomfortable. It would have been useful to have extra dishwashing liquid (that also worked) and garbage bags, and something to sweep up with. The bed linen and pillows are really old and scrappy, or at least very cheap, and it would have been nice to have a doona cover. Toilet roll holder be useful too. I would recommend this place do a lock box because there was too much communications around check in, I was asked about 4-5 times when I was checking in, and then had to message two different people of what’s app on route. Most places I have stayed at have been a similar apartment set up and a lock box just makes it so much easier for all. Travelers don’t generally have great access to phone reception or internet so it hard to stay in constant communication or to work out exact timings of arrival.

The city tax is 5 eur/person, not 4 as it was written. The beds were not comfortable, they creaked. Toilet paper just 2 pieces, poor quality. Bathroom very, very small. You barely had room to get out of the shower without bumping into the toilet and I'm small and skinny:)

The apartment is in a great location, two steps from the two towers. The neighbourhood is safe. The apartment is clean and well equipped (the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay). There is a place right next door where you can have a delicious breakfast and lunch. Good contact with the host, great tips on where to eat (we tried a few and they were all good). There is a grocery shop nearby. A convenient place for a short stay.

There are windows in the flat, but they can be considered non-existent because they overlook a small space and other windows. So you must always use the light, and it's also challenging to ventilate the flat. It's a bit claustrophobic for an extended stay. You can hear very well what is going on in the neighbouring flat. But if there are no guests there, it is very quiet, and no outside noise can be heard.

It was a very good location close to the city centre, clean but no so comfortable apartment. The staff was very helpful.

In the first night the heating was not working, the second day the host sent somebody to fix it, it worked, however it was incredibly loud while working so we couldn’t use it while sleeping. We had to turn it off before going to bed and it was really cold in the morning. We would definitely choose this listing again, but in the summer, not autumn or winter.
