A surcharge applies for arrival after 19:00. From 19:00 until 22:30, a surcharge of EUR 20 applies. From 22:30 to 02:00, a surcharge of EUR 40 applies. After 02:00, a surcharge of EUR 60 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the air conditioning is only available from June 1st, while the heating is only available from mid-October to mid-April.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
