The house was clean and the beds were comfortable

The kerb appeal for this house is not good! The pathway up to door is very overgrown and the garden needs tidying. The front door needs to be looked at as it was very difficult to open both from outside and inside. There is absolutely no personality in the house, there are no lampshades at all and no art work in the house which makes everything very stark! There was no dish towel in the kitchen which made drying dishes impossible on leaving. It is such a shame as it has the potential to be a lovely place

There wasn't enough cutlery, bigger pots, pans or cooking items for the size of our party.

Travelled with colleagues for work, location was perfect for gym and food. House was very clean and had everything we needed

It was clean, big and very well decorated. The owner was fast responding and helpful

The heater didn't work and we waited until the next day for someone to come and fix it. But the owner was very friendly and helpful.

The communication between us and the owners was very good. We had lots of issues with the TV and the heating including hot water when we arrived. They solved the problems over the phone and sending a serviceman to help with the issues. The kitchen, living room and bedroom was comfortable.

The presentation of the front of the property was poor, overgrown gardens, lawns unmowed, stairs and railing up to the front door dangerous, also full smelly rubbish bins beside the front walkway. Once in the house, there was no information booklet as to how everything worked, there was no TV or streaming internet, we only got one channel because the serviceman hooked us into his personal account. We had no clue how to use or even turn on the hot water and heating because UK has its own system. The serviceman again helped us to find the right cupboard to switch everything on but that was 8pm at night, not a good start to our stay. Also we needed to wash and dry our clothes. The backyard/back patio was off limits for repair so we had real issues getting our clothes dry. The kitchen was not well stocked, considering this was rented as a 3 bedroom family flat.

I enjoy the fact it was easy to find, and the house was in A* condition with comfortable beds

I couldn't fault this place it was my 2nd stay here and if avaliable will be ny go to place when I'm in Leeds for work

There was no toilet paper in the property. The house is hard to find there should be a leeds lodge sign for easy access. The bath tub was broken, bins were not lined, kitchen cloth was dirty. Tea products supplied were not enough, no milk provided. You need to up your game, the house was cold the heater is not working.

Nice house, roomy and comfortable. Good price for the space. I would recommend, but there is room for improvement as noted below.

This place has a lot of potential, but isn't quite there yet. Some areas thar could be improved: Bedding and cleanliness should be comparable to hotel standards. The bedding was probably washed, but didn't have a very clean appearance. Kitchen items were sparse, in particular there were no baking pans. There were a few too many spiders inside, they are part of nature, but some guests might not stomach seeing as many as we did (around a half dozen).
