Best element clean comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi access included in nightly rate. Appreciated how quiet the local area was in the evening, over night.

The property had a nice modern feel once we went inside. It had a nice airy decor with nice, plush accessories. It had everything you would expect in a house with nice kitchen appliances. washing up liquid and sponge for dishes are included. The house is clean and the dining table was made up and looked lovely. The beds were lovely and comfortable with clean white bed linen and lovely rugs and curtains in the bedrooms also. Towels for each guest on each bed on arrival, and the bathroom had shampoo, hand wash, toilet rolls and shower gel. Easy check in and payment process. Smart tv and wi-fi were great and had no issues like previous reviews had mentioned (Wi-fi password is Key- on the bottom of the router not password). Was worried because it was mid terrace but never heard the neighbours, very quiet. We were visiting for the Total Warrior event in Bramham Park and it was ideal for our needs.

It’s only a minor grumble but….the house was poorly finished off and it could just be the owners just haven’t gotten around to tidying up these issues yet. Poorly finished plaster around wall sockets. Grill pan in the oven hadn’t been cleaned. Food from previous guests in one of the cupboards. Paint missing in some places like bay window/ceiling. Wrong flooring rods installed upstairs with loose protruding screws. Sock from previous guest left under main bed. Loose wires and exposed hot water pipes to name a few. None of this spoilt our stay as such but if these were tidied up the place would be even better!! The area it is located in is like a local council estate and I was told by a local to make sure I didn’t leave anything on view in my car and make sure it’s locked. None of this would stop me from staying again as they’re all minor issues but like I said if the above were corrected the house would be top notch.

The TV had a problem with the screen. There were no clothes to dry the dish.

Location is nice with nice view down the road, keys easy to pick up flexible with timings so appreciated that a lot for check in

I don't have any complaints as such. I just hoped the area had more nighttime public transport running.

Nice clean towels for each guest. Clean property. Pleasant enough bit can't help to expect better for the cost of it all.

The finish of the property is actually fairly poor in places. The bathroom really highlights this. Front garden overgrown and was annoying to walk past every time. Issues with lights in one room, wouldn't turn off - at all. Your TV is one nudge away from falling off the wall so watch out for that. The furniture in the twin room was stupidly noisy, I don't know if it's just bad quality or badly built but as a bed it'd be better as a mattress on the floor the noise it made. Curtains don't fit windows, one room didn't have curtains at all. And there's a camera in the property which can be remotely accessed, I understand why it's there I just don't agree with it. It felt more like an invasion of privacy rather than a safety thing. Cheapest we could get in Leeds and was sufficient, but for the price we pay should have been better.
