URUGANO VIRUNGA PALACE

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond for us. It was truly an incredible experience staying at Urugano Virunga Palace. Everything was fantastic, and we could not have asked for more.

lovely staff, going above and beyond to make sure everything is well. communication prior to arrival was quick and extremely helpful. sparkling clean facilities, the price is just the cherry on top. cannot recommend enough

would only suggest to add a curtain in the shower to make sure the water doesn’t go everywhere

The hotel is very nice, rather modest and the staff were great. It is not within walking distance to the town. We liked how quite it was and the food was delicious. They helped us find an excellent tour guide and everything was very easy. It was not a busy time so only one other room was occupied so there was no problem with noise. The wifi and hot water was consistent.

In the rooms you can hear any noise around you, in other rooms or outside.

Very cool place in Musanze, staff is very friendly, rooms are clean with hot water, food is good. I recommend!

Good location just outside of Musanze and 30 mins drive to the Volcanoes National Park visitor centre. Staff were very helpful, rooms nice and quiet, beds comfy and had hot water. We were the only ones staying there that night but the chef made us a nice dinner.

Nothing to complain about.

Excellent accommodation, and was kept very clean. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. They really know how to look after their guests with the extra touches such as cleaning our boots and car - this was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was also good. I will definitely return to stay here next time I'm in the area!

We loved the place, we felt like home, the staff are so nice and they really took care of us. The food is delicious and fresh. I really recommend this place.

The staff was fantastic! The food was excellent! It is located outside Musanze, so the neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio after gorilla trekking. The WiFi worked well too. We highly recommend this stay!

Hot water was unreliable, but nothing major.
