We had a wonderful stay at this Riad in the heart of the Medina. The location is perfect. The taxi stand is 100 meters away. ATM machine is across from the taxi stand and if you need to grab a few things like bottled water, snacks, toiletries: there’s a pharmacy and mini convenience stores nearby. It’s also a 14 min walk to Le Jardin Secret & 12 min to Ben Yousef Madrasa. There’s a good Italian restaurant within walking distance from the Riad named Limoni if you don’t want to go too far. The souks are also within walking distance. The Riad itself is very comfortable, with spacious and well-appointed rooms, AC was great, kitchen is fully equipped. Our host, Khadija, was incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even prepared us a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend this Riad for anyone visiting Marrakech!

La atención de Khadija es espectacular, nos ha atendido como si fueramos familia. El desayuno muy variado y bueno. El riad todo muy limpio y cómodo.

Está un poco a las afueras de la medina pero se llega fácil.

Nous avons passé des journées formidables dans ce riad situé dans la médina nord de Marrakech. Tout était parfait : le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, les équipements de grande qualité, et l’accueil personnalisé absolument exceptionnel. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise et bienvenus à tout moment. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

It was so hot while in Marrakesh but the aircon was amazing. The lady - Khajia who made breakfast was very accomodating - she helped us so much.

The towels could have been changed daily.

Las instalaciones son nuevas y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Khadija, que nos atendió con muchísimo cariño. Sus desayunos fueron deliciosos y siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades, aceptando todas nuestras peticiones con una gran sonrisa. ¡Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa!

✅ What We Loved Spacious and Well-Organized: The riad is impressively spacious, with a thoughtful layout that makes it feel both cozy and open. Each room is generously sized, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. Fully Equipped: From the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms, the riad is stocked with all the essentials. Whether you're cooking a meal, settling in for the night, or freshening up, everything you need is readily available. Comfortable Rooms: All rooms come with the basic amenities you'd expect, and more. The beds are comfortable, storage is ample, and the decor adds a nice traditional touch. Cleanliness: Overall, the riad was clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, and linens were fresh.

⚠️ What Could Be Improved Difficult to Locate: Unfortunately, the location of the riad was quite hard to find. The map provided pointed to the wrong place, and even local taxi drivers were unfamiliar with it. After being dropped off nearby and getting lost, we were approached by a local who offered to help us find the riad. While he did eventually guide us there, he later began demanding more money—even after we had already paid him something. He continued to return at night, knocking on the door and asking for more, which was unsettling. Lack of Signage: Unlike many other riads in the area, Riad Sabria had no visible signboards to help guests locate it. A few well-placed signs would make a big difference. Noise Levels: The riad is located in a lively area where local children often play football late into the night—sometimes until midnight or later. This can be a bit disruptive if you're looking for a quiet and restful stay. Floor and Rug Cleanliness: While the general cleanliness was good, the floors and rugs could benefit from a more thorough cleaning.
