Our hosts were very kind to help us during our vacation. Everything was fantastic and magical. I hope to be there again soon :)

Our family of 5 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful riad for four nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Tarif went above and beyond to accommodate special requests, such as wheelchair rental for my elderly mother. He also assisted us by shipping one of our suitcases from Marrakech to Rabat. On Friday afternoon, he even sent a delicious, complimentary meal of couscous tajin. It was a wonderful and welcome surprise! Finally, Khadija did a fantastic job with breakfast each morning and her kind disposition was much appreciated. We would certainly recommend this riad to anyone traveling to Marrakech. The layout, furnishings, rooftop terrace, and spacious kitchen really give you plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was above our expectations in every way.

Such a fun place to stay with my 3 kids. They loved it.

It was a little dicey getting luggae to and from the riad but nothing that would change my stay.

Riad was lovely and clean and perfect for 2 families to share. Lovely roof top !

Breakfast was repetitive after a couple of days and very carb heavy would have been great to have had some fresh fruit.

The staff was really helpful. They ordered us airport transfer, then when we arrived they gave us hot tea and cookies. Everyday the breakfast was delicious and they even surprised my friend for his birthday, we didn’t tell them they read it from his passport and gave him a birthday cake. The apartman is clean, it smells amazing and is close to the centre. It was an amazing stay and we would recommend anyone Riad Sabria.

Everything! Very welcomed by host and caretaker Khadija. We were well looked after. Beds were comfortable. Riad is beautifully decorated. Modern Moroccan Style. Perfect home. I loved the smell once you entire the house. Orange blossom Every room has its own private bathroom. Clean. Kitchen has Everything you need. Location is perfect. You can buy everything you need outside the riad. Short distance to souk. Highly recommend!!

We liked everything. The only thing was that kids played ball outside until 23:00 o'clock, so it was hard to go sleep earlier if you need to. But it didn't spoil our stay.

Gorgeous property and such lovely people to deal with. Our first time in Marrakech, with kids aged 9,11 and 13 and whilst we loved the city we were glad to have such a peaceful base from which to explore. The breakfasts were delicious. Also, being slightly out of the pedestrian souk area meant we could get taxis super easily.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. We loved it. I could imagine that some guests who are less keen on walking might want to be in the middle of the medina and souks but we specifically chose to be away from the madness as we were there in peak season between Christmas and New Year.

Breakfast is very good . Kadhija the housekeeper makes 3 varieties of bread , juice, omlette , coffee, mint tea. She is so kind and has a very lovely personality and even helped with our bags until the tour bus early in the morning walking about half a mile.Very young , hardworking and has great patience and smile. Tarif, the manager for the Riad was so courteous , always available (late night or early morning) , arranges everything and personally received us and have all info. If you like walking and being in the Medina and live like a native then this is a good Riad.since it is inside the Medina and if you are not local the local folks may look at you and greet you or sometimes the young guys may ask where are you from. We felt good but late nights if you are walking choose the Car driving directions and it will be alright. If you choose walking direction then it may lead you to a maze of small streets where you may feel little intimidated. We stayed 3 nights and Medina, Souk Semmarine, Bacha Coffee , Jemma-el-Fna ie Jemaa el-Fna, Marrakesh 40000, Morocco all are within 15 min walk. Mejrole Garden is about 25 to 30 min walk . Great Indian Restaurant in a 5 star hotel ( Les Jardins De La Koutoubia) near the Jemma-el-fna and very tasty food. Le Jardin Mejrole is another French style restaurant is like 5 to 10 min walk. Highly recommend if you like to stay as a local. But, watch out a bit and walk on the Car drivable road directions if you are doing late night. We got to stay in the whole Riad to ourselves as it is December. Khadija is awesome and Tarif is great and prompt

If it is little renovated it would be the best.
