スタッフさんは控えめで優しく見守ってくれました。英語ができなくてもくみ取って理解しようとしてくれました。 息子が体調を崩して一日ホテルで過ごした日もありましたが、テレビもあり、Wi-fiもちゃんと使えたので安心して過ごせました。チェックアウト後も荷物を置かせてもらえたので助かりました。

他の部屋の音や、足音など音が気になる日がありました。 宿泊者が多く夜まで子供がプールで遊んだりしている日は少しうるさかったですが、 その日以外はよるもゆっくり眠れました。

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and the bathtub was a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly friendly.

The hotel is an excellent place to stay when coming to visit Siem Reap Cambodia. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is perfect as it's away from the busy main streets making it a peaceful place to stay. It's only a 15-20 minute walk into the City centre or a very short Tuk tuk ride which only costs 2 dollars. I stayed in a double deluxe room with a private balcony overlooking the lovely swimming pool. The room was the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in, I especially loved how big the bathroom was. The rooms are kept clean to a very high standard and are cleaned on a daily basis with clean towels etc. The bed was so comfortable I never wanted to get up in the morning. The service at breakfast is very good, but can be slightly limited depending on how many guests are staying at the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and I was made so very welcome by all the staff. To anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap, I thoroughly recommend staying at the Araya Angkor Residence Hotel. 5* all the way !!!
