Ficus Hotel

Quiet room.

Air conditioner was central and temperature was too low ,vents were moldy .

The lobby was nice and it was fair overall

Price should be more affordable for what’s offer. The bathroom could use some renovation. Small fridge would be ideal, better coffee maker ( was very outdated) better lighting, better front desk help .

I liked how close the hotel was close to facility I had to be at.

After requesting room service no one came to clean.

There was no way to turn off the over head light directly over the bed… when it rains half the rig in the room is soaked for leaking windows, the room was not clean and smells of mildew and mold… there is black mold growing on the cowling tiles and no staff to be found after 4pm and they are rude
