Ficus Hotel

Location to hospotal.

No one at check in, had to call. Deadbolt on door didn't work, was told by staff that none of them did. 62 degrees in room, could not adjust. TV did not work and staff couldn't get it to work. Room smelled like urine. Not enough light to apply makeup. Have stayed there at least ten times while my husband was is hospital. The previous staff was wonderful. I truly believe this was a staffing issue.

The customer service was excellent.

When I took the shower the water was not hot and I can not regulate the temperature at of the room.

It was not that bad just don’t have an easy way to get internet.

The coffee machine didn’t work.

It was really hard to find the hotel. My Uber driver had alot of issues finding the hotel. Once we found it , the hotel was nice the lady at the front desk was quick and kind and even gave me a good food reservation. The next morning I left the room and I was lock out. Should be a easy fix NO! There was nobody at the front desk. I had to ask some random person and still nothing. I called over 10 times no answer. I called corporate and it was still well you have to wait. I was locked out for hours.

Hard to find location (inside a hospital). I could not get invoice but only a so called “guest folio” although I specifically requested invoice in Booking.com “Special request”.

Me pareció un poco descuidado sobretodo el baño

La ubicación, el recibidor es acogedor y el personal muy agradable.

El agua de la ducha estaba fría, el agua no bajaba bien por el desagüe y el aire no se sentía. Había un abanico de pedestal el cual resolvió un poco la situación.

Es un hospital y no lo especifica. Huele a hospital en todo momento y la ducha de esquina es demasiada pequeña e incomoda en adición de que se moja todo el baño tanto que tuve que secar el piso con las mismas toallas. El estacionamiento es lejos y es un costo adicional.

Que incluya el estacionamiento y mas grande la ducha
