Northstay - City Square, Sleeps 5

The location was great. Basically a block away from where most tour shuttles pick up. The decorations inside were a nice touch. Grocery store was near, as well as several restaurants.

The amenities are very basic. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. 1 television. Which isn't necessarily a "bad" thing but boy that price was high for renting. There was not enough toilet paper on the roll for 4 days.

The location is fabulous. All instructions to check in sent clearly. Place is also clean

The stairs is spiral up to third floor. No elevator. There wasn’t any floor cloth for the toilet. Would be good if it was provided . The toilet has no lock too! The garbage disposal instructions weren’t clear and was told to throw it outside the apartment entrance but there is a huge padlock locking the bin. Also no luggage storage before or after the check in and check out.

Love the location, near to the bus terminal where most chasing lights tours start. Next to a huge supermarket and above an Asian supermarket. Great food options surrounding. Across the street from an amazing playground that our kids loved. Clean and comfy beds with a washer and drying rack. Spacious living area that fit 4 of us perfectly.

3rd floor walk up, but worth carrying our luggages up for the ample space and location. Could also have provided a small bottle of shampoo and soap, but easily purchased from the supermarket next door.

Location of the apartment, close to restaurants, shopping and food stores. The apartment was as shown in photos, plenty of space for 3 adults. Lovely and warm and very clean.

A kitchen cloth and tea towel would be useful. Also a small drying rack to hang washing on.

Location could not be beat. Easy to access but up three flights would be better for some to know this in advance.

The apartment was hot even with windows open. If you kept windows open the the light and bird noise kept you awake.

Excellent location, right in the center of Tromsø. Apartment was in good condition, as in picture. Linen and towels were included.

No parking available. No air condition.

Location is very good. Everything was very well organised and all required items were made available. Perfect feel home stay.

No lift to shift luggage to 2 floors up, had to manually lift up the stairs.
