"Overall - a decent experience inside the hotel, but terrible outside (location of the hotel)."

Well maintained room. Toilets, showers, bath linen - all were very clean and in good condition. All staff (specially housekeeping & the servers at the restaurant) were very courteous and helpful. A good place for those who a) prefer staying inside the hotel b) have shorter stays (or layovers) c) are less hopeful about food options

Hotel location - highly unpleasant. Located on a roadside, surrounded by local vendors, workshops, garage - amidst unclean roads, incomplete infrastructure, rusty and dusty views. We also encountered a garbage dumping yard along the way - while on our way to nearby places. Frequent power cuts - which was more irritating while watching TV since AC and Lights would switch back on immediately with the inverter, but TV would take longer as it was connected with the hotel's WiFi. Breakfast - menu was decent but repetitive. We were bored to have the same stuff everyday. Lunch/Dinner - limited options on the menu card. Yet some of the dishes we managed to order were good, though quantity could have been a bit fulfilling. Items offered complimentary in the package - staff had to be reminded everyday (which makes it quite awkward for a guest). Also what was served was a bit different from what was promised.
