"Overall, my hotel stay left much to be desired, with limited facilities"

I didn't quite enjoy my stay at this hotel. It's located right on the highway, and apart from a small swimming pool, there aren't many facilities. The overall ambiance lacked coziness and comfort for me. On the bright side, I did appreciate the luggage storage system.

The washroom basin wasn't in the best condition; it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. On a positive note, the restaurant experience was enjoyable, particularly thanks to the staff, Mr. Sooraj (please correct me if I got his name wrong). However, the food was just average.
