Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr ruhige Gegend. Für Stadterkundungen braucht man Auto oder Bus. Die Wohnung war gut aufgeteilt. Die Probleme mit der Heizung wurden umgehend vom Eigentümer gelöst. Der Kontakt war sehr einfach und sehr schnell. Im Bad war leider das Fenster defekt und konnte nicht geöffnet werden - das sollte bald repariert werden. Wir waren zu viert sehr gut untergebracht, konnten auch die Waschmaschine nutzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir durften auch den Zugang zu Netflix nutzen, was für Jugendliche immer gut ist. Für Ausflüge zum Dunottar Castle, Balmoral Castle, Braemor Castle oder zu den Papageientauche an der Küste ist diese Wohnung sehr gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah. Parkplatz vor dem Haus war immer möglich. Ist kein fester Platz, aber es war immer genug frei. Ein paar Meter laufen ist ja auch ok.

Das Badfenster muss auf jeden Fall repariert werden, damit man es wieder öffnen kann. Außerdem sollten die Gartenmöbel erneuert werden. Sie sind schon ziemlich alt und teilweise defekt. Das lädt nicht zum draußen sitzen ein.

The house was missing key items would expect in a family home. I also felt the house could bw cleaner, cutlery, pots, crockery all needed re washed. No on boarding information was sent so I had to call when I arrived as I couldn't gain access.

Könnte besser geputzt werden, gerade in der Küche und die Couch ist sehr durchgesessen.

The house it's self was nice and comfy quiet and great value

Needs to be a better equipped kitchen for families for example not enough utensils could do with a pizza cutter cheese grater and a few more utensils for cooking other that that was a good stay

We had a great one night stay with family, the house was perfect for us. We were visiting family close by and the size of the house was ideal! Its well layed out, has great facilities and we found the tv sky package to be the perfect touch.

I had asked the owner if we could get an earlier check in as we were surprising family for an 80th birthday and wanted to drop our bags off but the owner said the house takes a long time to clean therefore we couldn't. Found this very disappointing as no-one was in the property before us and when we arrived to drop one car off at the property at 1pm no-one was there cleaning. Small things like no bathroom towel, no hand soap in bathroom, very very little fairy liquid in kitchen and only one teaspoon were a few of the things we felt could be better. Having said all of that, these are very minor and just suggestions as to what could have been better. We really enjoyed our one night stay and will 100% be back, the house is very well equipped and in a quiet area. Thank you 😊

Zona tranquilla e comoda se si noleggia l'auto. A circa 10 minuti di auto dal centro. La casa era pulita e ci siamo trovati bene
