Perfectly serviceable for a quick stay.

Location is further out than we realized. Got the sense that it's not a great part of town though it was fine. Washing machine leaked but host said it was being fixed.

All facilities required was available and in good working order

The rug coming into lobby was too thick for door to open, it hurt my sons leg as he opened it because it could not open and got stuck on rug.

Beautiful house, well furnished and laid out. The house was very clean and fresh and gardens well kept. Great location for travelling to local attractions for a small family.. Ample space in the master bedroom for a travel cot, we had our 4 month old son with us. The tvs in the living room and master bedroom are brilliant! The kitchen facilities all work great and there's plenty utensils, cutlery, pots and pans.

Most of the interior doors of the house have issues, whether it be catching the floor, latches not working properly or squeaking hinges. The worst one would be the master bedroom which both my partner and myself nearly walked into through the night due to it rubbing on the floor.. Some of the paintwork in the house could do with being freshened up. Having traveled with an infant, we found we needed to use the washing machine on one occasion but it turned out that it leaks quite badly from the door seal. That being said, we wouldn't hesitate to book and stay here again! We loved our little home away from home while in aberdeen.

Nice clean and spacious house with free parking on the street, well equipped kitchen, big tv in the lounge

A bit far from the city centre but taxi cost only £6.50 to the Union Square shopping centre
