"10/10. Would recommend!"

The rooms and the hotell was really clean and comfortable! This is a small boutique hotel, so the facilities are limited. But the pool is great and we enjoyed swimming there on cloudy days. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Daniela gave us heaps of great recommendations. We also rented bicycles to get to the beach. In general it takes some time to get to the beach from the city, but still very accessible. This is our fault, and hotels near the beach are also at a different price range. We loved our stay, and would highly recommend this place!

Petit hôtel très propre et calme à 10 min à pied du centre de Tulum Proche d’un supermarché tout neuf avec tout ce qu’il faut pr manger dans l’hôtel qui met à disposition couverts assiettes etc Petite piscine suffisante pr se rafraîchir Dame de la réception très très gentille Et le personnel d’entretien aussi

Je n’ai pas aimé Tulum mais ce n’est pas ma faute de l’hôtel

"Tolle Unterkunft um sich zu entspannen und Tulum zu erkunden"

Personal ist super lieb. Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderschönen Innenhof mit einem Pool (was etwas kalt ist). Das Zimmer war sauber und hat ein riesiges bequemes Bett. Die Lage ist auch gut, man kann Fahrräder mieten und man ist schnell am Strand oder bei Cenotes.

L’hotel è ben posizionato, si va a piedi nella via principale ed ha un enorme supermercato a due passi, peró è ad un incrocio trafficato e rumoroso. La piscinetta piccola ma carina. I receptionists gentilissimi.

Servirebbe un po’ di manutenzione e un po’ più di pulizia. L’hotel non è più boutique.

Le personnel est très avenant et très sympathique.

Une première chambre sans fenêtre, humide et sentant le moisi. On nous propose une autre chambre avec supplément 100 pesos pour 2 nuits. Super belle chambre .... Mais à côté de la pompe de la piscine qui démarre toutes les 5 minutes. Infernal. Après deux heures dans cette chambre et avoir protesté, on nous donne une troisième chambre. Plus petite mais au moins on a pu dormir. Dommage
