Apartment Near City Centre and Utilita 1000Mbps Internet Sleeps Up to 4

Host has been so accomodating and very responsive. He explained and clarifies everything to us and which we find iit very important. The price of the apartment was really budget friendly and maybe thats what the other guests need to understand. Some of the guests do expect like 5 star hotel and they clearly leave the apartment so messy. Better to practice "CLAYGo" 😅 Its rare to find a fully furnished apartment with a good price. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and also, deposit has been refunded as we left the apartment as what it is. 😊

Nothing really. However, there are small things that needs to be improved. 1. Dont forget to put Towels in the bathroom for the new guests 😂 (there are towels but we didnt know where find it. 2 . dont forget to put away the laundry from the washing 😆 (concern citizen) not a big deal.

I had to cancel due to how uncomfortable the host made me feel when I asked questions about the check-in process. I found the check-in process of being charged for not arriving and leaving at the times they require you to state in advance. They also need a deposit to be made and for the guest to take a photo or video of the interior of the premises before leaving. I found these requirements to be unusual and mentioned this to the host. However, his response was arrogant and didn't reflect good customer service. So I cancelled my stay as I wouldn't feel comfortable interacting with the host further.

The place was nice and clean, well located and close to Five Ways station and proximity to both the city centre and the University of Birmingham. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had our luggage delayed and when the courier brought it we were not at home, so the host picked it up for us, which required some effort and was really nice of him. Generally his approach was very responsive, as an example before we found the EU-UK adapter in the shop he offered to order it for us on Amazon.
