Great hospitality, beautiful view, neat and clean apartment

The location is strategic, in the business district of Araneta Center. No need to elaborate if you know what I mean. It's a room with a very nice view.

There are only two service elevators. The lobby is too small and the sofa in the lobby stinks. The outlet in the kitchen doesn't work. The building is obviously old and undergoing renovation during our stay. The padlocked cabinets are somewhat discomforting to the guests.

I love the ambience, So relaxing ,1 night is not enough 😌 Complete kitchen utensils and appliances , The unit was clean and spacious also it has a gorgeous views from each part of the unit ( Corner Unit) A lot of game boards. The location is perfect for a walk around the city center.

It's all great. The host was accommodating. The place is welcoming and relaxing.

We thought that we could swim for free as advertised. Even better if the mic was functional to enjoy karaoke night.
