The place is clean.

Upon arrival from the airport after a long flight and travels, we went straight here expecting it to be ready for us to rest and relax. Unfortunately, we had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours without anyone assisting us. It was very stressful not being able to contact anyone, and after the long wait, we were provided a contact number but kept declining our phone calls. I was very stressed that I was ready to leave and look for another accommodation but finally got a message from the host and gave the pin to enter the place.
