Clean, well maintained, with complete appliances needed for cooking. Convenient location. Host was also very approachable

It’s clean and quiet

No walking distance store. And the toilet have bad odor coming out when it got wet. So I have to minimize the peeing so I don’t have to open the toilet.

Very homey feel. The house was small but we enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfy. Available netflix internet. The washroom was very clean. Available mineral water bottles and guest hygiene kits. The supervisor was very accommodating, and responds very fast to our queries. The area was quiet.The place is far from the gensan plaza, but around the area the sm hypermarket is available. And getting other ammenities like water for drinking, laundry, small purchases of grocery, are near to the area.

Already the third time here, it always feels good to come back, it's like coming home. Thanks everyone, see you again.

if something were to change, the microwave oven could be easier to use if it were lower...

OVERALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. Clean, safe with exceptional host. Close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities.

I've read previous comments about the noise from the bathroom vent. It's still not replaced/repaired. it will keep you awake after a late night bathroom trip. Also, the guy across the street loves the sound of his motorbike way too much for comfort sometimes.

The place is very comfortable and homey,it's quiet. Everything that I needed for a comfortable stay was there,nice bed,clean room,cooking amenities,it has netflix too.

Just the two pillows that i had mentioned also before,it really smells,they should change it or wash it properly,even if the pillow cover is newly washed,the smell is still terrible

I love the location and the facilities. We cooked our food comfortably . The bed was very comfortable. Kuya was super nice. He attended our emergency when the toilet was locked.We love our overall stay. We will definitely come back

What i don't like is the pillows. It has a smell. It needs to be changed or washed and dried under the sun.

True to its name, very homey feels. I love the beddings, nasa thick side din ang blanket, then the smart TV and internet connection is flawless. I love din na they provided indoor slippers.

The placement of the microwave. I’m 5’8 and I find it inconvenient. Parang ayaw magpagamit haha and I wish merong basic condiments for cooking like salt, pepper, vinegar, and soy sauce.
