Gensan Homey Apartment

The place is great, safe and with privacy. You can cook but need to add more kitchen utensils like plates, spoon and fork and cooking utensils as well. 😉

Very pleasant, cozy apartment with everything you need, hard to find something similar in GenSan at such an affordable price.

Function Hall is nearby, loud music can sometimes be heard inside the apartment

Perfect place for two vacations and longer stays. Very clean and brand new apartment with a nice fenced patio. A friendly caretaker lives next door and helps immediately if needed. I highly recommend

It's a very nice little apartment. We were 1 week here and if I will be back in Gensan we will stay here again.

Very clean and cozy. Kuya Gilbert was always prompt to answer my questions.

I just hope theres another AC installed in the living area but all good; maybe because it’s still summer and you can still feel the heat stress in Gensan.

The apartment was very clean inside and out…We are very comfortable because we feel that we’re in our home❤️ fully airconditioned…Flat screen television with netflix offcourse…Complete amenities, you can cook there anytime you want, free usage of refrigerator, heater, gas stove,rice cooker all kitchenwares and utensils are provided.. very clean and spacious bathroom…wifi password is posted in the wall…Very nice and quite place, gated and secured area…The care taker is very humble and hospitable, he assists/guided us thru phonecall until we arrived in the location….Gensan Homey Apartment #Your home away from home🫰.. We surely go back there when we are in gensan soon…We don’t have photos because we forgot to take photos because of the feeling that we are in our home…Photos from their advertisement is very much the same…

Peaceful are. Own front yard too.

The apartment was so clean it was roomy, the best hot water pressure in the Philippines that I have experienced best value for money beats any hotel in gensan, it has good size fridge that works so well everything is pretty much brand new TV has Netflix to watch for free. It has a nice court yard with table and chairs to enjoy the fresh air it's full luxury at a reasonable price.

I like the size and also the couches slash sofa in the dining room living room and bedroom

Bathroom too small kitchen too small leaky bathroom faucets old kitchen drain pipe,it leaks all the time
