The location of the accommodation is good as is the accommodation itself, although the furniture in the apartment is outdated, it doesn't matter to me. Considering the price, I didn't expect too much luxury.

The kitchen is a problem, namely its equipment with dishes. It is not clear to me that nowadays you can't invest 50 euros or so in a set of plates, glasses, forks, spoons and knives. There was literally one plate, one fork with a plastic handle, and one spoon. There was also a wok that was so scratched that it would have ended up in the trash at my house a long time ago. I had to buy a frying pan so I could fry eggs and steaks.

osoblje nam je poslalo šifru od zgrade, a šifru od apartmana su rekli poslati malo prije očekivanog dolaska, no nisu nam ništa poslali niti su se javljali tako da smo ostali bez smještaja prvu noć po kiši i hladnoći

Host is not easy contact and no heater at the apartment also no elevator.

Хорошее месторасположение, удобная транспортная развязка. И очень тихо в квартире несмотря на оживленнный район.

Владелец в день приезда сообщил код от подъезда, но так и не сообщил код доступа от двери в квартиру. Просто забыл. Пришлось звонить и решать вопрос . Хорошо, что быстро отреагировал и прислал данные. Но это портит впечатление, ведь я внёс полную предоплату. Также ещё совет: купить столовых приборов и набор кастрюль, сковородок, доску для нарезания. Это элементарные вещи, нужно себя поставить на место гостей. И прочистить слив в раковине на кухне и в душевой, чтобы нормально уходила вода.

Lo único bueno que el metro estaba cerca. El barrio era horrible , sobre todo por la noche.

No me gustaron varias cosas. Lo primero, que la clave de entrada no funcionó el segundo día y a pesar de estar dos días llamando por teléfono, mandar mensajes por booking e intentar reclamar , NADIE nos ha contestado. Llegamos a las 12 de la noche , en ese barrio que por cierto, daba bastante miedo y con gente vagabunda en cada esquina , y la puerta no hubo manera de abrirla. Y Nos dejaron tirados. A día de hoy, aún sigo esperando una respuesta …. El edificio, ni hablar de el. Antiguo, súper descuidado, las paredes todas rotas , la escalera súper antigua, olor a humedades , un horror. No parece cuando ves las fotos en booking , pero es así. El apartamento dentro está bien, pero hay mucha inseguridad tanto en la puerta, el edifico y el barrio en general.
