Great value for money. It was clean, ready and we had everything what we needed. Great location and nice bonus was smart lock. Highly recommended.

Nothing stands out what I disliked.

I was not even stayed on this property. I have booked this well and advanced. They have given me a secret code to open the lock however the lock didn’t open. We have arrived on midnight and two girls are with me and we were at the middle of no where since the lock didn’t open. Few locals tried to help us but they also failed. Another incident, while we were trying to open the lock one guy with heavily drunk came suddenly and started to misbehave with the girls with me. The local people helped us to get rid of that drunk guy. At the end we have booked another hotel and tried to get the refund for this hotel however till now both hotels folks and Booking.com customer service people didn’t even respond to our issue.

It was the most horrible experience. The problems started from the moment of check in. We came to Budapest early in the morning and asked for possibility of early check in, but staff told that the apartments should be cleaned until 14.00. Next unpleasant surprise was waiting us at mentioned time for check in. We realised that there was no key locker box, staff did not react on it until video call. Admin Berny (nice responsible girl) came near 15.00, opened the flat and we saw absolutely uncleaned, dirty apartments. During next three hours she cleaned the flat, called the master to repair the sewer and change the door lock. We still being inside as we were really tired. But the most horrible thing was waiting for us at night. At about 3 o'clock (night time) some stranger people began to knock the door and window(4-5 people) and shouting someone who apparently snatched the keys to the apartment. The situation has repeated next night!!! These two days in Budapest will remain in my memory forever….

Blanket and pillow was not that comfortable.

Location is great , price in low season good

Appartement doesn’t feel completely clean. Bed sheets and towels looked and smelled used or very poorly washed. Stains and dirt could be found

It was warm and clean.

No lift.
