I loved this hotel!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The property was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed during my extended stay. The management team was responsive and worked hard to ensure guests had a positive experience. I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the convenient location. Great option in Springfield, MO. Old but nice rooms! Good view from the top floors. On the ground floor there is a very nice area for informal meetings or just for eating. There is a bar or similar but it was not functioning. There is a coffee shop inside that serves breakfast, but unfortunately it is not included in the rate.

No breakfast included! They charge $10/day for parking, even when there is plenty of space in an uncovered lot.

"For as much as I paid to stay there, they should be able to hire enough people to clean the place!"

Location was perfect. We ate at the restaurant, and it was very good.

Our room looked like it hadn't been dusted in a while and the hallway carpet on floor 4 was NEVER vacuumed during our 2-night stay! The trash that was on the carpet when I arrived, was on the carpet when I left. Our bed sheets were inside out making me wonder if they just turned them inside out instead of changing them. The desk personnel could not tell me what floor had an ice machine and didn't offer to find out for me. I found out from the guy working at the snack store.

Always like staying here when we go to ballgames.

The new kid in the coffee shop is just rude. I stood and was lookin at the menu for a good 5 mins. No acknowledgment, at all that I even existed. He was too busy playing on the computer and laughing about something. He wasn't interested in helping the customer, That's for sure.
