The staff was real friendly and I was quickly checked in.

I just felt like room was aged and had a few ideas in room. Like it was just quickly cleaned but not much detail.

It is always a reliably clean, comfortable place to stay.

Such a wonderful stay. The accommodation was so elegant and comfortable. One of my favorite places to stay. We were treated very well by all staff.

Very disappointing stay overall. The hotel looks much nicer online than it actually is in person. Check-in felt rushed and unfriendly, and we were given almost no information about the property. The room itself had multiple issues. The bathtub was dirty and gritty enough that we did not feel comfortable showering during our stay. The air conditioner barely worked, even turned all the way down, leaving the room hot and humid overnight. The curtains would not properly close, which created privacy concerns, and the refrigerator barely stayed cool. The room also felt outdated and poorly designed for modern travelers. Very limited outlets, no USB charging ports anywhere, dusty outlets, no alarm clock, poor lighting, and extremely uncomfortable mattresses that felt like sleeping on boards. To make matters worse, neighboring guests were screaming and arguing loudly late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was mediocre at best with cold eggs and stale-tasting coffee, and despite paying for parking, we still had to park a very long distance away from the hotel. Overall, this stay did not come close to matching the price paid or the expectations set by the listing and photos online.
