A nice hotel and great staff

Carpet in rooms and hallways need updated

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean

Pool was freezing and there were no towels available when we swam. We also requested more towels at the front desk and they said housekeeping would bring them up. It took over an hour and by the time they were brought up, we were in bed. Just inconvenient.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were nice.

The pool was filthy.

The staff were very polite and helpful people!

The rooms were dirty, the building was old and falling apart, the carpet coming off the floor, the walls dirty scratches debts in sheet rock! Needs complete renovation!

The breakfast

The pool was cold and the water was dirty. Room did not have pull out sofa as advertised so our child had to sleep with us. The safety lock was nearly broken on the door.
