Infinity Nature Resort

A very nice hotel with fantastic staff. Beautiful and clean pool. Fantastic view of the rice fields from the terrace. Easy and good organization for a Yala safari from the hotel at a fair price. Good food;( in my opinion, the best chicken Kottu I've had on this trip in Sri Lanka). We can thoroughly recommend the hotel and were very satisfied. Thank you for the great stay and especially for everything that was done for our children.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. The customer service was unprofessional and inattentive. Upon arrival, I had to wait an unusually long time at the reception just to check in, with no clear communication or apology for the delay. Dinner was another frustrating ordeal — after being seated, we waited over an hour before our food finally arrived, and when it did, it was lukewarm and poorly prepared. There was a clear lack of organization and care in the restaurant service. Many people blamed & criticized them. As for the room, it was in poor condition. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was a musty smell that lingered throughout the night. The bedding didn’t feel fresh, and overall, the room didn’t meet even basic standards of comfort or cleanliness. Some bulbs also not working properly. For the price paid, this stay was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.
