The hotel was clean and modern, The staff was exceptional showcasing utmost professionalism leaving impressive remarks. The environment was quiet and calm. Will stay again for sure.

There was none in particular and nothing overall, was impressed by the staff's utmost care for the choice of rooms. Definitely worth every penny of money spent.

Best hotel at Newtown.Stay worry free.We have stayed here for two days. Room provided was clean and in excellent condition.The staffs are really nice, helpful and polite. They try their best. Service is outstanding. Felt like home, really.If you want 5 star service in a low budget then definitely visit here once.. Highly Recommended💯

The hotel is located at very convenient location near to Bus stand and walkable distance from Biswa Bangla Convection centre. The staff is very polite ,Rooms are very clean and well maintained.I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making my stay peaceful and safe. I definitely will visit again whenever I travel to Kolkata.If you are looking for a chaos free, away from the city noise stay in Kolkata,The entire area reflects comfort. The lights and friendly staff made it feel like a place where you could truly relax. you can go for this one. Overall a very pleasant stay..

Staff people was fraud. There was no room available at the booking price. They were trying to convert for another room with a high price.

It is very nice place to stay.The owner and supporting staffs are very cooperative.The place is adjacent to Biswa Bangla gate and near to Eco park,Wax museum,airport etc.I recommend this hotel for 👪 families as the room facilities are good.

The location of the hotel was good with axis mall nearby and it was quite peaceful.The manager and the staff are polite and the amenities are decent.

The manager although very polite charged an extra 800 bucks for a bigger room which i actually didn't need..the room although bigger with all the amenities should have been pre informed.
