Location is good.

Owner very unfriendly, dirty,no toilet paper and the blankets not washed and greatest the room was stuffy.

I noticed the host read previous reviews and added things like toilet paper, towels etc but the cockroaches

This place should be removed from booking.com until the host fumigates to eradicate the cockroaches. The property is totally overrun by cockroaches, and the owner lacks the will to use an effective method of fumigating. If I didn't fear not getting my refund I would have canceled my booking on the first night, but I knew that at the rate they charge these are the type of hosts who would refuse to give me a refund. On the 2nd night I bought an insecticide spray for cockroaches - I sprayed it in my room, closed the door for an hour when I returned 20 roaches lay dead on the floor. I cleaned that up myself. Still after that I had to kill 10 more roaches by squashing/swatting them with my shoes. If you open the empty wardrobe at least 4 roaches immediately start running off in different directions. You go to the kitchen, when you run the tap 6 roaches run out of the sink. You go to the unused bathroom and you find roaches in the shower too. I have never seen such a bad cockroach infestation. It's almost as if this property is a breeding house for roaches.

The house is still under renovation not a place to rent yet
