I booked my driver in there for one night. He first waited more than an hour and a half for someone to greet him. He was then told he must park car at one address and go to another address. Not details as per the advert. He was distressed and video called me from property. It was not clean and very dark. He was suspcious of it all and I told him to leave and booked him in at the Sun 1 for the night. This property should not be advertised on booking.com - there is def no star rating here. By the looks of other reviews, I am not the only complaint. A Definite NO!!

There was no cup plate in the kitchen There was no floor mat in the bedroom, in the toilet No toilet paper ,no hand soap in the toilet

I did not like about their pricing. On booking.com it was R255.00 and suddenly when I get to the venue, the price increased. How's that possible???

I couldn’t even get the chance to experience the house. The owner denied me to check in and they said I must add more money in order for me to check in. So, I was forced to look for another accommodation on that day whilst I was already in Bloemfontein. Mind you I was not even familiar with the place, and with that I feel like booking.com should cancel Kamga house in their booking site because they operate as a scam and making booking.com not to be reliable.

The location of the accommodation helped save on travel costs for cabs. The neighbourhood made navigation convenient. They accomodated my late check in.

The location of the guesthouse is not listed correctly the guesthouse was actually located on 11 Deryck Nel Street major issue especially regarding safety( I was informed by one of the guests staying there who gave me my keys). The sign to the guesthouse is not noticable so I accidentally drove past ot twice before spotting it. Ameneties such as toilet paper where not sufficiently stocked I had to use my own toilet paper during the second night of my stay. The wifi was not working and I was only told upon arrival. Only one functioning shower which it was not disclosed that, that many people would be sharing one bathroom. There was no bathroom bin so sanitary products have to be thrown in the kitchen bin (which by the way is just a black plastic bag and not an actual bin). I only received the remote for the gate the following day and had to bother other guests when i needed to get deliveries. I have stayed at really affordable accomodations before that have provided basic amenities as well as cleanliness which this accommodation did not provide. I am overall very disappointed with my stay and will no longer use Kamga Guesthouse for my future trips to Bloemfontein.

The bed sheets were not clean, there were cockroaches, the bathtub was dirty. There were no facilities. Electricity kept on tripping
