The bathroom was small

Excellent location, lovely building and the apartment - everything was very clean and property had all we needed - AC, wifi, hair dryer and ironing board (super important as we had a wedding to attend!). The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with when planning the trip and adjusting the booking - excellent services. Beautiful staircase and a lift for those that prefer to use it.

Kettle was not working - no coffee or tea

Lovely old building with all the modern touches to make for a great stay. Nespresso machine, smart lighting, well equipped kitchen, excellent quality sofa.

Would prefer a better quality bed/mattress and bed linen but slept ok. (Couldn’t get the TV channels to work but that maybe us: no instructions)

Location is great

This was hugely disappointing (and potentially dangerous). When we arrived there was no toilet paper nor toiletries (these were both in the listed facilities) Messaging Miguel, he replied quite quickly to say the cleaners should have left some. Quite. The accommodation proved to have further shortcomings: the toilet seat fixings were very loose, the soap dispenser hadn’t been filled but even if it had been it wouldn’t have dispensed any soap as the pump’s tube was missing, there were four pillows but only two pillowcases, the kettle inside was burnt/rusted and there was a particularly hazardous table lamp with exposed live wires. Miguel did reply saying “the missing items have been misplaced” and that the previous guests had broken the soap dispenser and burnt the kettle. Four hours later he advised there had been a delivery of a laundry bag with toilet rolls by which time we had already been out to buy some. The accommodation has a checkout time of 10am and check-in at 4pm. If in 6 hours staff couldn’t check toilet roll, toiletries and bare wires on a lamp one wonders what they were doing. Ah yes - the rather thin towels had been sculpted into swans… Great location but needs some TLC. Huge tv with Netflix if that’s your priority.
